Who am I?

Susan Sontag once said that a writer is someone who is interested in all the arts, in politics, and of course, in the psychology of people -- someone passionate about everything.

I graduated from DePaul University with a double major in Media & Cinema Studies and Public Relations and a minor in Creative Writing. Influenced by my multi-faceted passions, I applied my skills of critical analysis, writing and communications to pursue a career that includes just about everything I care about.

While my professional, creative and personal work often overlap, I spend a lot of time thinking, talking, and writing about intergenerational trauma + ancestral healing, community-building, sustainable and ethical branding, post-Soviet Jewish identity, transformative justice, media & cinema theory and somatic therapy.

I use they/them pronouns and pronounce my name like REEv-ka.
